Check in time is 14:00. We do make every effort whenever possible to have your room prepared for you at your arrival so don’t forget to inform us of your arrival time. If your room is not ready when you arrive you are welcome store your luggage with us free of charge for you to explore the beach and the surrounding area or to enjoy coffee and drinks at the hotel bar.

 Check out time is at 12:00 noon the latest. Similar to check in you are welcome to store your luggage free of charge.

Room cleaning: Rooms are cleaned every day between 9:00 and 13:30. In order to help preserve the environment by saving water and energy you can inform us of the frequency you would like for us to change your towels. You can choose to change them daily, every few days or at your request. Bed linen is changedevery 3 nights.

Smoking  is not allowed in all rooms and indoor facilities.

Reservations: In order for a reservation to be complete an amount of no less than 25% of the total sum must be paid in advance. The exact amount and full instructions on how to complete the payment are given after reservation. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card and all advance payments must be at least the equivalent amount of one night. We do reserve the right to request payment of 100% of the total prior or upon arrival.

Cancelation and date change policy: For cancelations 31 days or more prior to arrival date 100% of advance payments will be refunded. For cancelations 21-30 days prior to arrival date 50% of advance payments will be refunded. For cancelations 20 days or less to the date of arrival advance payments will not be refunded. After the reserved arrival date all the days that have been reserved by the guest will be charged not regarding delayed arrival or earlier departure dates than the reserved. In the case that the guest does not arrive on the reserved arrival date and has not informed or changed his reservation the reserved room will be released for rent on the date that the agreed rent for the room is not paid.

Local tax 0.50€ per night will be charged for every room and is not included in the agreed room price. By Greek law it is added to the room price and paid by the guests at check out.   Pets: Pets are not allowed in all rooms and hotel facilities.
